JEFFREY PETERSON

Jeffrey Peterson-entrepreneur, is a real estate investor, businessman, athlete and bestselling author. Jeff has been engaged in these ventures for over 30 years, and he is not slowing down. He takes great pride in his accomplishments, as he should, and even greater pride in the fact that his family is now part of his endeavors, helping to operate several of the businesses he has created. 
     Peterson was raised in Richlands, NC in a modest family of six siblings. Life motivated him to want more and so he began his journey to move ahead. However, above it all, Jeff says, “My biggest accomplishment is having continued close relationships with all my kids. Everything afterwards is just icing on the cake.” 
      When asked about business accomplishments, Peterson answered, “I’m most proud of Peterson Station in Holly Springs, NC.”  Peterson Station is an innovative and bustling retail and commercial business. It was hard work getting nine properties together and creating this new venture, but Peterson persevered.
     Beyond business, Jeff is an accomplished endurance athlete. He has completed eight Boston Marathons and several Ironman and Spartan races. He enjoys hunting and deep-sea fishing. Now, Peterson has added bestselling author to his list of accomplishments. ARE WE THERE YET, A Guide to Conquering Every Twist and Turn on the Journey to Success is the title of his book and evidence of his tenacity and desire to succeed. 
      Jeff is a busy man with a zest for life and the good things about it. His work spans both commercial and residential real estate, land development and construction. But what has he done for Topsail Island, you might ask? There are renovation projects; Turtle Shell Bungalows, Turtle Shell Hideaway and Turtle Shell Key West, to list a few. Then there is Surf City Line. Once called the Brass Pelican Bar, Peterson has renewed this long-time business into a family and pet friendly establishment that offers the finest cuisine and live music.
