Peel & eat shrimp are
locally caught shrimp from Davis Family Seafood. Boiled with just the right spices (not too much!) and served with Pete’s homemade Louis sauce.
THE MAIN IDEA
A ribeye from Rick’s…everyone’s favorite! For an extra treat add our secret-recipe Pittsburgh rub that gives a sweet and smoky flavor. No need for steak sauces here!

These Seared Scallops are another local favorite. Six fresh seasoned and seared scallops, served with butter, lemon and your choice of two sides.
SWEET ENDING
Ice Cream Pie is cool and refreshing, a vacation must. Made in a chocolate cookie or graham cracker crust, filled with our chef’s secret ice cream and candy blended concoction.
